Catch up post - springtime in the Curtis house!

With end of school celebrations, kick off of swim team, and a busy season at work, I got a little behind on the blog. But what better way to catch up than sharing a ton of pictures?!?

Easter Egg Hunt at the neighborhood park

Yay! Baby BD's baby shower!!

The kids ask daily if Baby BD has arrived. They are so excited for their new cousin's arrival.

What's a baby shower without tons of babies? :)

The kids were so excited to participate in the "book" theme for the shower. They each got to pick out a book for Baby BD's library, and couldn't wait to share it with Chris.

And what's a baby shower without the "Stairs Salon" where all your beauty needs are met?

Rice trip to Bayou Wildlife Park

Vovo and Voovoo came along, and I was quite grateful. I wasn't sure how the kids would react to all the animals coming up to the tram, so having extra hands was nice.  Little did I know how into it and not afraid at all they would be!!

"Here Sofia, pet the nice, huge water buffalo!" ;)

Easter Sunday at the house

Ava's Music Program at School

Alex's 4th birthday

Just another day at the park watching Daddy play soccer

If you make it, they will eat it!! Just a little gourmet taste testing on the kids - roasted asparagus and broccoli with a side of grilled chicken and cauliflower rice

Success!!

What's a Sunday morning without a ride on the Daddy pony?

Sure we're ready for school - cowboy hat & jeans, fancy dress, hairbow & necklace!

Caught in the act - filthy dirty from playing outside, sneaking in to find a snack! haha

Birthday at HB Steakhouse!

When it's too quiet, you know something is up!

Field Day at Ava's school!

Swim team! First practice meet - who knew Ava could swim 25m in 49 seconds!!

This is what working from home looks like right after naptime!

Mother's Day gifts... more like treasures!
