Today we went to lunch with Voovoo and Vovo for Ava and Vovo's official birthday. We went to Mia Bella and had a great time (though a little chaotic, since the food was taking a little too long). Ava LOVES going out, seeing people, and having the chance to talk to everyone - she is my social butterfly! At the end of the day, we went to swim classes for Ava and Alex - summer has officially begun!!

Ava took advantage of Voovoo's lunch break to have him read her new books to her...soon enough she will be reading (or memorizing) them on her own!

What a fantastic memory for the kids to relish in the future, and us too. It is invaluable to have these moments recorded now and relived in years to come.
