Otherwise...

What brand new three-year-old knows how to use the word "otherwise" correctly? Ava, of course!

This morning Ava tells me:
Ava: Mommy, I need to wear long sleeves.
Me: Why Ava, it is hot outside.
Ava: No, but I need to wear that shirt, otherwise I will be cold, because it is cold in my classroom at school.
Me: ...dumbfounded, as usual :)

Oh, how I love this speech development!
